Gaten en inkepingen & zandstralen

Een matte decoratie wordt verkregen door een schurend materiaal op het glasoppervlak te spuiten. Tijdens het zandstralen worden de delen die transparant moeten blijven beschermd door een masker. De diepte en doorzichtigheid van het gezandstraald oppervlak varieert met de intensiteit van het gebruikte type schurend materiaal.

Fabriekstransformatie

Na het vormgeven en afhankelijk van de aard van het product, is het glas:

gehard of verhard;
gemonteerd in thermische dubbele beglazing;
verzilverd of gelakt.

De vormgeving van het gelamineerde glas wordt uitgevoerd op een reeds gelamineerde glaspartij.
